This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what you may and may not do with our AI agents and Services. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Permitted Uses

You may use our Services to:

• Assist with lawful business tasks (research, drafting, analysis, automation)
• Generate content for your own lawful use
• Integrate our agents into your own products, subject to our Terms of Service

Prohibited Uses

You must not use our Services to:

Illegal Content

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind
• Assist in criminal activity, fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion
• Produce content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law

Harmful Content

• Generate content designed to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Produce content that incites violence or discrimination
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery or content involving minors

Deceptive Activities

• Generate spam, phishing emails, or other deceptive communications
• Impersonate individuals, companies, or government entities
• Create misleading advertising or false reviews

Security Violations

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or security measures
• Use our Services to attack or compromise third-party systems

IP Violations

• Use our Services to infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any party
• Scrape or reproduce third-party content without authorization

Platform Abuse

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or suspensions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract model weights or system prompts
• Use automated means to access the Services beyond what we explicitly permit

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for any violation of this AUP
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
• Pursue civil remedies for damages caused by your violation
